Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Preschool Coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensure curriculum excellence, and support our teachers in delivering high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the preschool.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child well-being.
  • Conduct teacher training, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Implement and monitor curriculum as per the school's philosophy and standards.
  • Interact with parents to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  • Organize school events, celebrations, and parent–teacher meetings.
  • Coordinate admissions, student records, and center operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool management or coordination.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
