About the Role

EarlyVentions, one of Bangalore's most awarded preschool and childcare chains, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to manage our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a mix of creative design skills and marketing expertise to drive online visibility, engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Create and design social media posts, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.


• Manage social media platforms – content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics.


• Improve SEO and manage local SEO for website and Google My Business profiles.


• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase reach and brand awareness.


• Coordinate with the management team to align marketing initiatives with brand goals.


• Track campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.

Requirements


• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Graphic Design.


• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent design tools.


• Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.


• Strong sense of creativity, design aesthetics, and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and time management skills.
