We are looking for outstanding Engineering Managers,Who have experience in UPI payment(Payment Gateway) or Digital Banking with proven technical, leadership and delivery skills to manage and deliver the tech stack, end 2 end (React frontend, Go Lang backend services, Server less on AWS lambda, Mysql DB)
 
• Overall feature delivery responsibility and accountability for E2E tech stack (React frontend, Golang backend services, Serverless on AWS lambda, Mysql DB)  
• Convert product requirements into actionable and tangible items for all stakeholders 
• Overall API Design, Component design, DB design - code, performance, security
• Automated testing and verification of new features  
• Release estimation, planning, communication and integration with other stakeholders (product, ui/ux, business teams etc) 
• Performance fixes and optimization 
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new best practices to maximize development quality, efficiency  
• Code review 
• Build modular, efficient, testable, and reusable code
• Integration with internal and third party solutions/services with JSON data via REST API calls. Skillset 
• Excellent Data Structure and Design Patterns. 
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and their working 
• In-depth experience in micro-services / server less architecture  
• Golang, React knowledge and expertise 
• Strong logical reasoning and programming skills. 
• Strong knowledge of JSON data handling 
• Understanding database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github 
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
