Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative designer to develop functional technical active wear, including trekking pants, lightweight thermals, and protective jackets etc to develop our line of functional apparel for trekking and outdoors. This role requires hands-on collaboration with our manufacturing team. A passion for travel and the outdoors is a great plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design technical active wear (pants, tops, jackets) for both men and women
  • Select suitable fabrics, colours, and patterns to cater to the needs of the outdoor
  • Assist in sample development and fit checks
  • Prepare BOM's and tech packs for designs
  • Assist with photoshoots and branding as well along with other design related tasks in the organization

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Fashion/Textile/Apparel Design (Sportswear design preferred)
  • Experience: 2+ years in active wear design; experience with Indian sizing and technical textiles preferred
  • Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, technical drawings, garment construction, and fabric knowledge
  • Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, quality-driven, comfortable in a manufacturing setup; an enthusiasm for travel and outdoor activities is a plus

Compensation:

  • Salary based on experience
  • Annual performance-based increments
