Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Chennai – Pallikaranai / Pallavaram

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions across our branches. The ideal candidate should be versatile in handling end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to statutory compliance, and willing to travel between branches when required.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

 Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.

 Oversee statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and other labor laws.

 Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation.

 Support payroll inputs and leave/attendance management.

 Coordinate training and development initiatives.

 Ensure smooth branch-level HR operations and act as a liaison between employees and management.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.

 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience (manufacturing/service sector preferred).

 Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws).

 Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

 Willingness to travel between branches as required.
