**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding of employees.
- **Employee Engagement**:
- Assist in employee welfare, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
- **HR Operations**:
- Maintain employee records in HRIS and physical files.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, experience, etc.).
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- **Training & Development**:
- Support in identifying training needs and coordinate training sessions.
- **Compliance & Policies**:
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support in policy implementation and adherence to company rules.
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist in the appraisal process and performance tracking.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internships may be considered).
- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,406.31 per month
