Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential clients, and managing business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Guru, LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in IT sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through bidding portals (Upwork, PPH, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Manage and nurture leads from generation to conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Design) to deliver client solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of lead generation and lead conversion processes.
- Knowledge of online bidding portals such as Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical (IT/CS/Engineering) or Marketing fields.
- Location: Candidates must be local to [Mohali] and ready to work from the office.
