Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist – SQL Server to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production SQL issues while ensuring high service levels and effective customer support in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve SQL Server production issues
- Debug and optimize SQL scripts and queries
- Support SSRS reports, data connections, and deployments
- Perform root cause analysis and prevent recurring issues
- Use SQL Profiler to analyze performance bottlenecks
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality standards
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Expertise in SQL Profiler
- Experience troubleshooting SSRS reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in application support within enterprise environments
- Exposure to production support and customer-facing roles
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good documentation practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
