Position Name: Compliance Officer - Corporate role (Sat & Sun off)

Location : Mumbai (Powai)

Job Description

  • Coordinate with contractor and check the various statutory compliance requirements are as per governing laws
  • Handling ESIC queries related to accident, staff benefits
  • Coordinate with HR and operations team to close the issue in given time frame
  • Handling PF/ESIC related grievances
  • Prepare and process documents related to death cases settlement
  • Preserving MIS of all statutory records on monthly basis for further requirements
  • Preparing and checking compliance documents for Audit purpose and handling audits
  • Preparing invoice supporting documents on monthly basis under various acts and attending audits
  • Preparation and checking of compliance documents for Labour Notices/Inspections under various acts and for proper closure
  • Maintaining Tracker for Monthly/Quarterly/ Half yearly/Annually returns filing and to make sure returns has been file within the due dates
  • Returns filing for various clients/vendors
  • Coordinating with team member and Operations team for compliance queries & requirements
  • Attending meetings, taking notes and doing follow up when required

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience
  • Compliance knowledge
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
