Role Description

This is
a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Programmer located in Bengaluru. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programs for various industrial applications. Daily tasks include configuring control systems, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring system performance and compliance with industry standards. The role may also include integrating PLCs with other systems to optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text
  • Experience with industrial automation, HMI/SCADA systems, and control systems design
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault-finding skills
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and system schematics
  • Project management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with other engineers and team members
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Familiarity with safety standards, industrial protocols, and communication systems is an advantage
