Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Programmer located in Bengaluru South. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC systems for industrial automation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical schematics, developing PLC logic, conducting system testing, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block
  • Experience with industrial automation technologies and hardware from Schneider, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens
  • Strong skills in electrical schematics reading and control panel design
  • System troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance abilities
  • Working knowledge of SCADA systems or HMI programming
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
  • Prior experience in the industrial automation domain is a plus
