Healthcare Product Support

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Product Support & Lead Conversion Executive with a strong Life Sciences or Pharmacy background. This role is ideal for someone who excels at both customer support and lead generation, and who is passionate about improving patient experience while driving business growth.
You will act as a key touchpoint for patients and healthcare customers—resolving inquiries, providing product education, and converting leads into meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Support & Customer Service
Provide technical and product support to customers for all healthcare products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and customer complaints effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations, usage training, and educational sessions for patients or clients.
Engage with patients through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate internally with clinical, product, and operations teams to resolve complex issues.
Ensure every patient receives professional, empathetic, and timely support.
- Lead Conversion & Sales Support
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to manage and nurture incoming leads.
Follow up with leads to schedule consultations, product demos, or appointments.
Educate leads on product/service benefits and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Patient Engagement
Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide personalized guidance and service recommendations to enhance patient experience.
Support patient retention initiatives and contribute to satisfaction and loyalty goals.
- Data Entry & Reporting
Accurately record all interactions, patient details, and lead updates in the CRM system.
Prepare and share reports on lead conversion, patient interactions, and sales performance.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure all documentation complies with healthcare regulations.
- Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, clinical operations, and product teams.
Communicate insights from patients and leads to help improve product offerings and services.
Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and performance review meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
2–8 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, Customer Support, or Product Support.
Strong understanding of healthcare products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Proven track record in lead conversion, customer handling, and product support.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and engagement.
