At Seekho, lakhs of Indians use our app every day to learn and improve their lives.

As the Director of Product (User experience) your mission will be to shape HOW they learn and WHAT they take away from each experience. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and shipping impactful, consumer-facing product experiences that drive engagement and retention.

If you've previously worked on improving these aspects in a digital product, you'll feel right at home here.

As part of this role, you'll work closely with our design and development teams to conceptualize, build, and ship new product experiences, not as a people manager (at least to start), but as a hands-on owner driving step changes in key business KPIs.

Requirements

  • We are looking for hunger, very high user empathy and creativity
  • 6-8 years of experience in consumer-facing product management
  • Strong expertise in analytics with proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using data to shape product direction
  • Experience building for Tier 2/Tier 3 India and a strong understanding of these consumer personas is a plus
  • Ex-founder or founding product team member with hands-on experience building and scaling products is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with technology and data science teams to build robust consumer experiences
