Job Description
Join us as a Technical Product Manager, Director
- You'll be responsible for managing the development and implementation of technology-driven products
- The role focuses on understanding customer needs, overseeing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful product delivery that aligns with business objectives
- You'll gain valuable senior stakeholder exposure as well as the opportunity to hone your technical talents and leadership skills
- We're offering the role at director level
What you'll do
We'll look to you to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, from roadmap ownership and feature prioritization to launch and post-release evaluation. You'll ensure strategic alignment through clear documentation and effective stakeholder communication, while proactively managing risks and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
You'll also provide technical guidance to engineering teams, articulate customer pain points, and define performance metrics to measure success. We'll also look to you to lead and mentor team members, supporting hiring efforts, and enabling agile decision-making to maintain momentum and
deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
Additionally, you'll be:
- Delivering a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and technological advancements
- Ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leading the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery with a high-performing engineering team
- Making data-driven decisions that improve product performance and user satisfaction
- Providing regular reporting on product performance, development progress, and market trends
The skills you'll need
We're on the lookout for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation. You'll have extensive experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field with strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and influencing cross-functional teams.
You'll also have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
