Role Overview
At Hidden Brains, the Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of projects and solutions for global clients. You will act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring quality, innovation, and timely outcomes that align with business objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Ownership

• Lead the successful delivery of software, AI, DevOps, and enterprise solutions across diverse industries.
• Define and execute delivery roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Monitor KPIs, timelines, and quality benchmarks to ensure flawless execution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client delivery engagements, fostering trust and transparency.
• Manage client relationships across geographies and domains, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders on progress, risks, and solutions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, and operations teams to drive delivery excellence.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.

Quality & Process Excellence

• Drive Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices for efficient, scalable delivery.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with global delivery standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across projects.
• Project quality planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control through process orientation.

Innovation & Growth

• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize delivery outcomes.
• Contribute insights for product enhancement and innovation, supporting Hidden Brains growth in global markets.
• Partner with business development teams to support pre-sales and solutioning for new engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project leadership in IT/software services companies.
• Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects across global markets.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities with an ownership mindset
• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering Web & Mobile, AI, Cloud, DevOps or Enterprise solutions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Exposure to multi-geography client delivery models.
• Strong business acumen to align delivery with strategic objectives.
