Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth through new customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and close high-value deals aligned with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align business objectives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., SaaS, FinTech, FMCG, etc.].
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable to the market).
