**Job Title**: CSR Fundraiser

- **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute fundraising plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including corporations, foundations, and individuals.
- Write compelling grant proposals and sponsorship pitches.
- Organize fundraising events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials.
- Maintain donor databases and records.
- Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, nonprofit management).
- Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a CSR or nonprofit setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
