  • Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
  • Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
  • Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
  • Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA / Graduate with minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.

    Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
