We are looking for an experienced NOC Engineer with a strong background in VoIP technologies, SIP, and PBX systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining VoIP servers and call infrastructure built on Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Vicidial, FusionPBX, and FreePBX platforms.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 network operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain VoIP infrastructure and network systems to ensure uptime and performance.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Vicidial, FusionPBX, and FreePBX systems.
  • Handle SIP trunking, call routing, DID management, and dial plan configurations.
  • Identify and resolve call quality issues, latency, and network-level VoIP problems.
  • Manage server performance, security patches, and system backups.
  • Analyze logs and debug VoIP traffic using tools like Wireshark, sngrep, and tcpdump.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for link issues, routing problems, or SIP connectivity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and system updates.
  • Support escalation and incident response for VoIP outages or critical alerts.
  • Work closely with the development and infrastructure teams for system integration and upgrades.
