About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and use cases
• Explore new technologies and platforms independently and assess their relevance
• Engage with external vendors to communicate requirements and evaluate offerings
• Conduct hands-on evaluations, POCs, and sandbox testing
• Document findings and share insights with stakeholders
• Simplify and present complex technical concepts in a clear, actionable format
• Stay current with emerging tech trends across domains like cloud, AI, automation, and APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands on approach on problem solving, code, API, Platform evaluations
• 5–8 years of experience in technology exploration, architecture, or innovation roles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple domains and adapt quickly to new technologies
• Exposure to vendor evaluation and platform onboarding
• Experience with enterprise architecture and integration patterns
• Familiarity with full-stack development concepts
• Knowledge of Salesforce, especially around platform capabilities and integrations
• Good understanding of processes and technologies used in customer support and sales functions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong autonomy, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to lead discussions with internal teams and external vendors
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment and encourage global team participation.
