Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technology Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation through AI-based solutions, model development, and implementation across projects.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA)

  • Strong Python programming with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face

  • Practical experience building and fine-tuning ML/DL models

  • Experience in prompt engineering and working with LLMs (Large Language Models)

Primary Skills:

  • Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems

  • Model training, evaluation, tuning, and deployment

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI

  • Experience in building APIs to serve AI/ML models

  • Data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques

  • Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI model deployment

Secondary Skills:

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines

  • Basic understanding of front-end integration of AI models (e.g., through REST APIs)

  • Exposure to Data Engineering or BI tools is a plus

  • Knowledge of Data Privacy, Model Explainability, and Ethical AI principles

Good to Have:

  • Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects

  • Certification in AI/ML or Gen AI technologies

Role Expectations:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI solutions

  • Develop, test, and deploy Gen AI models in production

  • Ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance of AI solutions

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed
