We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader in Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts globally. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Job Title: 
GM - Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share growth objectives.  Lead and manage the global sales and marketing team, including setting targets, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.  Identify and target new market opportunities, particularly in the defense sector.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.  Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.  Manage the sales and marketing budget.  Stay focused in industry trends and technologies.  Contribute to the development of new products and services.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferably in electrical and electronics.  10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in the ATE or defense industry.  Proven track record of success in driving revenue and market share growth.  Strong understanding of the defense market and its unique challenges and opportunities.  Deep knowledge of the ATE market and its competitive landscape.  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to travel extensively.Preferred qualifications:
 MBA or other relevant degree in electrical and electronics.  Experience in managing a global sales and marketing team.  Experience in developing and launching new products and services.  Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships.  Fluency in multiple languages.Compensation and Benefits:
