Job Description/ Responsibilities
: Self driven, dynamic candidate with a strong marketing/sales background.

  • Should have experience in generating leads, through different channels, of C&I segment power consumers who are willing to procure RE power/ set up RE power plants
  • Should be well versed with Open Access Regulations across different states in India for sale of RE power.
  • Responsible for Business Development in the assigned region including customer acquisition so as to increase Sales revenue quarter after quarter.
  • Will be accountable for achieving Top line and Margin targets.
  • Will also be responsible for Sales Promotion, Customer Relationship Management, Market research including competitor information, and Service.
  • Formulating strategies & Tapping unexplored market segments for business expansion.
  • Reviewing the market response/ requirements/change and communicating the same to the management.
  • Involved in business development function of the SBU : Responsible for analysis & Study of RFP/RFQ, Solution/Proposal Development, Product Presentation, Negotiation, Order Procurement and Relationship Management
  • Scanning and analyzing emerging business scenario in Power, Steel, Mining and Port sectors
  • Execute end-to-end marketing strategy which should include web marketing.
  • Assist marketing head in developing marketing collaterals and advertising.
  • Ensure accuracy & timeliness as per business needs & demonstrate high sense of accountability
  • Techno-commercial negotiation, timely Order processing and Offer processing
  • Maintain proper documentation and feedback received for all activities of Industrial Customer.
  • To make sales calls & enquires.
  • To achieve a predefined target by aggressive sales & marketing.
  • Candidate must be ready for extensive travel for the purpose of maintaining and developing new market Drive the company's sales and promotions during fairs & exhibitions.
  • Find new and better ways to enlist more clients and customers.
