Role & responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement brand strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to refine positioning.
  • Serve as the central custodian of brand equity and guidelines.

Digital & Traditional Marketing

  • Oversee digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, website, and content marketing.
  • Drive offline branding through advertising, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure integration of online and offline brand communication.

Communications & PR

  • Manage external communications including media relations and press releases.
  • Strengthen employer branding and corporate reputation across review platforms.
  • Lead internal communications such as newsletters, digital screens, and employee updates.

E-commerce & Channel Branding

  • Support e-commerce visibility and product positioning.
  • Build branding initiatives with distributors, partners, and alliances.
  • Ensure brand-led differentiation across sales channels.

Creative & Compliance

  • Guide creative output to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain uniformity in corporate collaterals, documents, and identity formats.
  • Encourage innovation in campaign design and storytelling.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the branding and communication team.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver impact.
  • Collaborate with business, product, HR, and sales teams to align branding priorities.
  • Track performance of branding initiatives and ensure efficient use of budgets.
