Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team at Belstar Limited, focusing on MSME loans. This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales or a related field. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving loan sales, ensuring effective relationship management, and meeting the financial needs of our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in loan underwriting with the ability to assess and prepare loan documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent credit analysis skills to evaluate the financial standing of MSME clients and facilitate suitable loan issuance.
- Proficient in CRM software for managing customer data and optimizing sales strategies through advanced customer engagement techniques.
- Effective relationship management skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, enabling efficient management of sales pipelines and accurate tracking of client interactions and account status.
- Strong financial risk assessment abilities for identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Superior negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between clients and the company.
- Adept at lead generation to identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential MSME clients, fostering relationships to promote loan products and services.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financials to evaluate loan eligibility and create tailored loan solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on suitable financial products.
- Manage client accounts using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and ongoing client engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance the overall effectiveness of sales activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and outcomes to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Participate in networking events and industry seminars to stay informed about market trends and expand the company's presence.
