Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team at Belstar Limited, focusing on MSME loans. This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales or a related field. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving loan sales, ensuring effective relationship management, and meeting the financial needs of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in loan underwriting with the ability to assess and prepare loan documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent credit analysis skills to evaluate the financial standing of MSME clients and facilitate suitable loan issuance.
  • Proficient in CRM software for managing customer data and optimizing sales strategies through advanced customer engagement techniques.
  • Effective relationship management skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, enabling efficient management of sales pipelines and accurate tracking of client interactions and account status.
  • Strong financial risk assessment abilities for identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Superior negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between clients and the company.
  • Adept at lead generation to identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
