Job Description
Experience: 10+ years of experience in payroll tax, finance, or accounting

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or other relevant certifications preferred

Skills Required: Experience in US Accounting and Payroll TAX

Client Management:*
Handle calls, resolve tax issues.

Team Leadership:
Motivate, guide, and assess performance.

Payroll Compliance:
Ensure accurate, timely tax filings.

SUTA Management:
Oversee state unemployment tax compliance.

Tax Filings:
Prepare and file 941, W-2.

Special Projects:
Manage audits, compliance, improvements.

Quality Control:
Ensure accuracy in tax processes.

Escalation Handling:
Resolve payroll tax issues quickly.

Reporting & Communication:
Present reports, maintain clear communication.

Excel Proficiency:
Use advanced functions for analysis.

Requirements
Work Type: Full Time
Work Timing: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am
