We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 5+ years of experience in team management and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage teams of 10-15+ members, and a deep understanding of key performance metrics such as Shrinkage, Attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT. They should also be proficient in presenting reports to senior management and have experience working in the BPO industry.

About this Role:

The Team Lead - International (Voice) will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality. They will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, as well as analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Graduation: Mandatory
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team Management: Proven experience managing teams of 10-15+ members
  • Key Performance Metrics: Deep understanding of metrics such as Shrinkage, Attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present reports to senior management
  • BPO Experience: Must come from a BPO industry background
