We are looking for a skilled Solution Engineer to support our manufacturing operations by designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions. The Solution Engineer will bridge the gap between production teams, engineering, and customers to ensure smooth integration of manufacturing technologies, process improvements, and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify process gaps and propose technical solutions.
  • Design, implement, and support automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, IoT, and factory digitization tools.
  • Provide technical expertise during installation, commissioning, and integration of machines, software, or systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and develop customized factory solutions.
  • Prepare solution proposals, technical drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
  • Support trials, testing, and proof-of-concept (POC) for new manufacturing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on the shop floor and provide root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure solutions comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Train factory staff and operators on implemented systems and technologies.
  • Stay updated on Industry 4.0, lean manufacturing, and digital transformation trends.
