We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Banquet Executive, Banquet Associate, or OJT member at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate banquet events, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all aspects of food and beverage service.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
