****About the Role****
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–3 years of experience in SaaS or related technology products.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in data research, building prospect lists, outbound outreach, and CRM usage. Prior exposure to India and APAC markets will be a strong advantage.
****Key Responsibilities****
• Prospecting & Lead Generation:
o Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using tools such as Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
o Conduct deep research to identify relevant accounts and decision-makers.
• Outbound Outreach:
o Execute outbound email, call, and LinkedIn sequences to qualify leads.
o Make cold and warm calls to prospects across India and APAC regions.
o Set up discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
• Pipeline Management:
o Update, track, and manage all lead interactions in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
o Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data.

****Qualification****
o Understand customer pain points and qualify leads based on need, fit, and buying intent.
o Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the Account Executive / Sales Manager.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
o Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
o Provide weekly reports on activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
****Requirements****
• 2–3 years of experience as an SDR / BDR in a SaaS or software product environment.
• Experience in data research, list building, and prospecting using modern sales tools.
• Strong communication and calling skills, comfortable with outbound calling.
• Hands-on experience with CRMs
• Understanding of India and/or APAC markets preferred.
