Role & responsibilities

  • Talent Operations (Onboarding, Background Verification & Exit Management)
  • Acts as a partner to business functions to develop Talent strategies that facilitate business strategies/priorities.
  • Responsible for the complete Employee Life Cycle (On- Boarding to Separation).
  • Act as a consultant to Managers and Employees regarding policies and procedures.
  • Manages employee relations issues and serves as an employee advocate.
  • Follow and ensure adherence to relevant internal and legal procedure.
  • Design and implement company policies, address employee queries on a timely basis
  • Performance Management (Probation Confirmation, PIP, Mid and Yearly review)
  • Engagement, Rewards & Recognition
  • Labor Law and Statutory Compliances including Audit
  • Global HRIS (Workday)

Additional ( HR Projects, documentation of employee lifecycle HR policies & processes )

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience with Workday
  • Proven work experience as a HR Operations or similar role from a BPO industry
  • Excellent communication skills email writing and verbal
  • Immediate Joiners preferred
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
