Drive direct client acquisition and managed outsourcing sales across the US IT services market. Promote offshore delivery models, build enterprise relationships, and achieve revenue growth through strategic client partnerships.
About the Role:-
We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Sales Managers to drive Managed Outsourcing and Offshore Delivery business across the US market. The role focuses on acquiring Direct Clients, expanding partnerships with enterprises and consulting firms, and promoting India-based delivery models for IT and digital services. Youll collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Proposal, and Delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and close deals that bring strategic value to clients while achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new Direct Client opportunities in IT Services, Digital, and Consulting domains.
- Promote Managed Outsourcing, Offshore Delivery, and Dedicated Team models to US enterprises.
- Conduct market research, identify target accounts, and build strong CXO-level relationships.
- Partner with Delivery and Pre-Sales teams to develop tailored outsourcing solutions and proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion.
- Track, forecast, and report pipeline activities using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Work closely with Proposal Writers and Bid Teams on RFP/RFI submissions and deal strategy.
- Participate in client calls, discovery sessions, and solution reviews to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in IT Services, Offshore Delivery, or Managed Outsourcing Sales (US Market focus preferred).
- Strong understanding of offshore engagement models – Dedicated Teams, BOT, T&M, Fixed Price.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Experience working with CXOs, Procurement, and Vendor Management Offices.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and operations teams.
- Strong pipeline management, CRM tracking, and target achievement skills.
- Knowledge of outsourcing solutions in Cloud, Digital, Data, ERP, and Application Development is a plus.
