Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition

  2. Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad.

  3. Promote Standyou's services aligned with their educational goals.

  4. Counseling & Consultation

  5. Understand each student's academic aspirations and constraints.

  6. Recommend suitable study packages, coaching options, and scholarships.

  7. Sales & Enrollment

  8. Drive enrollments for study-abroad programs via calls, consultations, and follow-ups.

  9. Consistently achieve monthly targets.

  10. Relationship Management

  11. Build trusted, long-term relationships with students and their families.

  12. Provide ongoing support throughout the application and admission journey.

  13. Market Insights

  14. Keep abreast of study-abroad trends, scholarships, and destination demand.

  15. Share feedback to refine services and offerings.

  16. Reporting & Coordination

  17. Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and interactions.

  18. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to streamline processes.


Candidate Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1.5 years in Sales (Education or IT Sales preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

  • Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
