Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with prospective clients, building meaningful relationships with high-value clients, and effectively communicating the value of our premium products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients from provided leads and directories to establish new business opportunities
  • Engage in productive conversations with HNI/UHNI clients using a polished, professional tone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our premium products and services to potential clients
  • Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools to optimize sales strategies
  • Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide exceptional client experiences and drive business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi and English – verbal and written communication skills
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive skills to build trust and rapport with high-value clients
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a significant advantage
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally to establish long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets to achieve sales goals
