PROCESS 1:"Customer support-International voice process"

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers.
  • Provide accurate information related to products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM tools.
  • Support customers via voice, and occasionally email/chat, as required.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Rotational Shift (2-way Cab Provided)

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad (Cab radius: 23 kms)

Salary Structure

  • Freshers: 3 LPA 17,000 fixed + 2,000 attendance bonus
  • 6 to 18 Months Experience: 3.4 LPA 20,000 fixed + 2,000 attendance bonus
  • Above 18 Months Experience: 4 LPA 25,000 fixed + 2,000 attendance bonus

PROCESS 2: "INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS"

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from international customers for HSBC customer support.
  • Address customer queries related to banking products, services, and general account information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Adhere to compliance, security, and process guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduation mandatory (Any stream)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (International voice preferred)

  • Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

  • Other Requirements:

  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts
  • No absconding history

PROCESS 3: "Technical support"-"International voice process"

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time international technical support via inbound voice calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (e.g., printer configuration, setup, and troubleshooting).
  • Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions with clarity.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products/services.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Night Shift 2-way Cab (within 35 km)

Working Days: 5 days working | Saturday & Sunday off

Package: 3.5 LPA (Take-home)
