The platform offers interfaces for Admins/Management Committee members, Guards, Residents, and provides services from home maintenance to property transactions. NoBroker recently raised $5 million from Google to expand and grow NoBrokerHood.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Intern located in Bengaluru. The Field Operations Intern will be responsible for day-to-day field operations, assisting in operations management, analyzing data, communicating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues. The intern will support the team in managing and optimizing operational processes on site.

Qualifications

Connect with newly onboarded and existing customers to provide product training and

assistance.


• Ensure smooth implementation of our software in housing societies.


• Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned teams.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for better retention and satisfaction.


• Monitor usage and collect feedback to improve service quality.


• Maintain operational reports and customer interaction records.

Requirements:


• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English ( Knowing regional language is a plus )


• Good relationship-building and problem-solving skills.


• Basic understanding of SaaS products will be an advantage.


•Candidate should have their own two wheeler and driving licence


• Freshers welcome; prior experience in customer support or operations is a plus.
