Role & responsibilities

  • Drive institutional/B2B/corporate sales:

o Engage and coordinate with various lines of business/ verticals to push across Term, NPS & Annuity products.

o Apply networking skills in acquiring accounts, carry out negotiations, due diligence and enable decision making to ensure closure.

o Identify opportunities within the business space through self and through various business levels.

  • Customer Orientation:

o Network and manage relationships with key corporate clients at a senior /middle level to develop and expand business opportunities.

o Initiate client engagement initiatives / conferences

o Provide solutions/ value propositions to corporate clients.

o Follow up aggressively for closures.

  • Strategic Thinking:

o Initiate and manage planning and strategy towards achieving business objectives as a core team member.

o Manage business planning, budgeting, and analysing business performance.

  • Excellence:

o Ensure implementation of company processes across all lines of businesses
