The Group Compliance Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs across all business functions and entities under the One Guardian Group. This role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management practices, and corporate governance, along with the ability to drive a culture of compliance and integrity across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all compliance, risk, and governance functions across the group.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal control standards across business operations.

  • Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews to identify gaps and corrective measures.

  • Stay updated with changing laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure timely implementation.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations to strengthen process compliance.

  • Manage and oversee vendor, data protection, and contract compliance activities.

  • Handle compliance reporting and support external and internal audit requirements.

  • Train and sensitize employees on compliance and ethical business practices.

  • Act as the key point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors on compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, or related field (CA/CS/LLB preferred).

  • 48 years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Strong understanding of corporate, labor, environmental, and data protection laws.

  • Experience in setting up or managing group-level compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
