Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or walk-ins and provide information on courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents about program options and career opportunities.
  • Manage leads in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Conduct admission interviews, webinars, and campus tours (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for admission documentation and process flow.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Participate in educational fairs, outreach programs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional offerings and admission policies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the counseling and conversion process.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience in student recruitment or edtech counseling.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (if required by region).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
