Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Valuation professional, located in Kolkata. The individual will be responsible for conducting property valuations, analyzing real estate market trends, and maintaining detailed records. Additional responsibilities include performing assessments of real property, liaising with clients, and delivering timely valuation reports. Collaboration with other teams to support real estate development and customer satisfaction is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property valuation
  • Background in Real Estate Development and Sales
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build professional relationships
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with local market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting
