We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our real estate team at
New Royal Enclave
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build strong client relationships to drive property sales.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information about projects.
- Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and highlight property features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and fieldwork.
