Desired Experience

1. 8 to 15 Years of experience working in IT Software Industry.

2. Candidates having Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage. (not mandatory)
   
   Job Responsibility

3. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

4. Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
5. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
6. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
7. Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
8. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
9. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
10. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
11. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
13. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
14. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
15. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
16. Ensure resource availability and allocation
17. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
18. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
19. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
20. Report and escalate to management as needed
21. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
22. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
23. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Expertise in conflict resolution
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
• Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to , JIRA, MSExcel, etc.
• Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Able to review and define coding structure (if needed)
