Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive, located in Bhiwandi. The Senior Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes overseeing the customer support team, tracking customer service performance metrics, and implementing service improvement initiatives. Liaising with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support abilities
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Service Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing a customer support team
  • Ability to analyze and improve customer service processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the kiosk and automation industry is a plus
