Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Supervisor located in Siliguri. The Guest Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the front desk, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, supervising front desk staff, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Guest Relations, and Complaint Resolution skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
