  • Supervise staff: Manage and lead the housekeeping team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain cleanliness: Ensure all areas, including guest rooms and public spaces, are cleaned to prescribed standards through regular inspections.
  • Train and develop staff: Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Manage inventory: Track, order, and issue cleaning supplies, linens, and other necessary equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest relations: Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure safety and compliance: Enforce all health, safety, and sanitary regulations throughout the facility.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work with other departments, such as maintenance, to address issues and ensure cohesive operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
