Key duties include troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, reading blueprints, maintaining equipment like furnaces, chillers, and heat pumps, and keeping detailed job records, often requiring a valid license, strong problem-solving, and good customer service skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Installation: Setting up new HVAC systems, furnaces, AC units, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning filters/ducts, lubricating parts, and ensuring efficient operation.
  • Repair: Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical problems in complex systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying potential issues and determining the best course of action.
  • Compliance: Adhering to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations (e.g., refrigerant handling).
  • Documentation: Completing accurate work orders and electronic records for each job.
  • Customer Service: Communicating effectively with clients about system issues and solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
