**Job Title: HVAC Technician (AC / VRF / IRF / Split AC / Ductable Units)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems including VRF, IRF, Split AC, ductable units, and central HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using specialized tools and instruments.
- Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, fan motors, thermostats, sensors, filters, and expansion valves.
- Conduct system performance tests and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
- Work with refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed.
- Liaise with customers professionally to explain findings, solutions, and provide cost and time estimates.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all site operations.
- Attend technical training sessions to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and systems.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.
- Good years of hands-on experience with AC, VRF, IRF, Split AC, and ductable unit systems.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems related to HVAC.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in diverse environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
