**Job Title**: Control Panel Technician - HVAC Industry

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assemble and wire** electrical control panels as per wiring diagrams and schematics.
- **Read and interpret** electrical, mechanical, and HVAC schematics and blueprints.
- **Install and integrate** control panels with HVAC equipment (e.g., Dehumidifiers AHUs, chillers, VAVs, VFDs).
- **Perform panel testing** including continuity, insulation resistance, and functional checks.
- **Troubleshoot and repair** electrical faults in control panels during fabrication and at site.
- **Support field commissioning** activities, coordinating with BMS teams and HVAC engineers.
- Maintain records of panel fabrication, wiring modifications, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety protocols (e.g., IEC, IS standards).
- Work collaboratively with design, installation, and commissioning teams.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical control panel assembly (HVAC industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of control circuits, VFDs, relays, contactors, and PLC wiring.
- Familiarity with BMS systems and HVAC control logic is a plus.
- Ability to work with tools like multimeters, crimping tools, and wire strippers.
- Understanding of electrical safety, earthing, and cable management.
