Responsibilities and Duties

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :-

  1. Providing support in the areas of event management, production, venue sourcing, logistics planning and coordination, financial budgeting and management

  2. Coordination with venues, vendors, agencies, third-party providers, suppliers, etc.

  3. In-depth venue research for multiple events and updating of the database on venue contacts and collating various inputs before finalizing the right venue basis multiple factors

  4. Collating of creative inputs and costs sheets from multiple agencies

  5. Tracking and managing incoming invoices and follow-up for payments

  6. Managing event set-up and pre-event production on-site for all events.
