Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance/Equity professional located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, preparing financial statements, managing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes within the company. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights
  • Expertise in Finance and understanding of Financial Statements
  • Experience in Accounting processes and compliance with relevant standards
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; an advanced degree or relevant certifications like CPA or CFA is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Gurugram
